SoulSister: Sisters Supporting Sisters, Inc. is a national non-profit 501c3 that exists to support and uplift the soul of our sisters through impactful young girls, women, and family ministry support groups and outreach projects.
A large aspect of SoulSister in helping the lives of women everywhere is our Global Outreach department. SoulSister has been blessed to provide 3 scholarships in our first year. We were able to bless a young SoulSister in Pennsylvania with a scholarship to attend college in Georgia and 2 students in Ohio with their high-school tuition!
We are currently dedicated to serving the community with a “boots on the ground” approach. This aspect of SoulSister not only reaches the women, young and old in our community, but children and families across the U.S.A! We hold DayCare Popup Diaper Drives currently in Georgia, Texas, California, Ohio, & Kentucky, where single moms, dads, & families have the opportunity to drop off their children and receive diapers, wipes, and sometimes breakfast free of charge. We also hold online baby care giveaways where any mom has the chance to receive free baby care products such as strollers, car seats, high chairs, etc.
Our Acts 2:Love project reaches children and families with special needs. Whether it is buying groceries, therapy bills, medical bills, or much-needed supplies, Acts 2: Love is dedicated to supporting the needs of the community around us.
Our goal is to encourage hope and bring spiritual-awareness to what is taking place in the mind, will, and emotions. We strive to cultivate and facilitate a culture of restoration and rehabilitation to the soul of women who have faced extremely hard challenges in self-esteem, identity, and life as a whole. We are a non-judgmental, strong, and spirit-filled support group of supportive sisters. We also aim to provide essential needs during our sisters healing and growth process. We want to see young girls, women, and their families restored, having peace and security in their souls and in their homes.
