Bravo has always been dedicated to serving you fresh, delicious food in a clean and friendly environment. The global pandemic of COVID-19 only makes us re-double our mission. To keep our guests and employees healthy and safe, Bravo Mexican Grill will be closely following the latest recommendations by the CDC, and local, state and federal health departments. Furthermore, we have taken additional steps to implement even more rigorous food safety procedures and daily operations as follows:
1- Starting March 14, 2020, Bravo will implement contact-less payments for our customers. This means we will not accept any cash payments and our customers can arrange for their payments via credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay or Google pay utilizing our contact-less chip reader. This move to cash-less will prevent the spread of germs from touching potentially contaminated money.
2- We take pride in the cleanliness of Bravo, and we have always worked diligently to have the cleanest and safest environment for our guests. In response to COVID-19, we have increased the thoroughness and frequency of our existing rigorous procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the tables, chairs, all doors, door-knobs, faucets and any other high contact surfaces.
