When my family and I first moved to Gwinnett county over twenty years ago, one of the first things that literally stood out to me was the water tower off I-85 near Jimmy Carter Blvd. It read "Success Lives Here". The standard of living and the quality of life and level of education had been raised and clearly communicated to millions of cars yearly traveling up and down I-85. When I started Noble Mobile Notary Services, a division of 4th and 1 Mobile Services, LLC, (NMNS) in 2016, the last thing I wanted to do was not uphold the same standard in business I had grown accustomed to here in Gwinnett.
