Harmonizing Bonds is a growing group practice that provides culturally-attuned mental health services to black and brown communities, people of faith, and interracial/cross-cultural couples and families. We aim to provide individual, couples and family therapy, and transformative life coaching that empowers our communities!
Listen. Learn. Liberate. I believe in having vulnerable, courageous conversations; I care deeply about social justice, spirituality, and whole-health healing. I help my clients to learn more about the origin of certain limiting beliefs about themselves and the world, and how these beliefs inform their current actions and relationships. I am most passionate about relationships (including our relationship with ourselves), and I proudly served many underserved communities, including black and brown communities, the LGBTQ+ population, and the Muslim population. También hablo español! I work with some insurance companies and out-of-pcoket, and provide telehealth and in-person service. Proudly serving Peachtree Corners, Gwinnett County, the Greater Atlanta area, and the whole state of Georgia.
My clients often tell me that therapy with me doesn't "feel" like they are being therapized, psychoanalyzed, or judged. My personal belief is that "wellness" is addressed systemically. When a person's mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health is strong and aligned, life seems to "flow" better. Then we can actively participate in life off auto-pilot!
My hope is that my clients leave therapy with a greater understanding and appreciation of themselves, their story, and their relationships.
