PROMISE #1. At our firm, you will ALWAYS TAKE HOME MORE MONEY than our fees at settlement. This promise is written in our contracts with each client. Some firms will take their FULL fees, no matter what, pay the doctors and leave you with little or nothing in your pocket.
PROMISE #2. At our firm, if you are not 100% SATISFIED with our services during the first 30 days, we will give you your file back WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. This is also written in our contract with each client, unlike other firms that charge you if you change your mind.
PROMISE #3. If liability is clear, we will coordinate YOUR RENTAL AND THE REPAIR OF YOUR VEHICLE FOR FREE. Again, this promise is written in our contract with every client. Some firms will charge you $399 or more to coordinate your rental and repair.
PROMISE #4. We provide every client CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION with his/her team of case manager, paralegal, attorney and managing partner via a group text. This acts as our communication portal for each client so that your questions and concerns are answered ASAP. Some firms will ignore you and your calls!
