Gentle Yoga 4 Everyone is a virtual-based yoga practice that offers both group and private yoga classes. Candace founded Gentle Yoga 4 Everyone after receiving her yoga certification from Yoga of India. She is registered with Yoga Alliance. She has lived and studied throughout the USA, Italy, and Japan. She enjoys teaching classes and providing private instruction that promote health and peace. She customizes private lessons to meet the unique abilities of her students. Her yoga classes foster flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while increasing concentration. Teaching children of all abilities is her specialty. Candace developed and implemented a yoga program designed to support the mental health and well-being of patients at a mental health hospital in the metro area.
She is also a Certified Line Therapist, directing behavior plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. These programs include behavior reduction, cognitive skill improvement, and life skills development.
In addition to her yoga training, Candace works with individuals who have special needs and disabilities, providing job readiness training and job coaching. Subsequently, these individuals are connected with employment opportunities in a variety of business sectors.
