A small bookstore on a mission to make a big impact!

Located in Gwinnett County,
one of the Georgia’s largest and most diverse counties,
this bookstore was created to mirror and support the need of it’s community.

OWLBooks was founded to bring representation to literature
through it’s curation of books that educate, celebrate, and showcase
characters and authors of all different backgrounds in the BIPOC community,
as well as to promote social change & justice.

Our selections of books are used to immerse readers into both familiar or unknown worlds full of cultural treasures and robust histories,
as well as encourage and empower them to make a difference in the world.

While we still carry a few non-BIPOC bestsellers and required k-12 readings ,
we will make it our priority to stay true to our mission:
