In 2016, Jackie began her Real Estate career with Keller Williams. One year later, she joined PalmerHouse Properties and rapidly became a top producer when she sold 14 properties within 12 months. In 2017, Jackie joined PHP Commercial and transitioned her real estate business to serving her commercial real estate clients full time. In addition, she also holds a South Carolina real estate license and is with Brand Name Real Estate in Florence, SC. In 2020, she next formed The Gerald Team LLC, where she continues to provide residential and commercial real estate services to her extensive client base.
Jackie’s continued training and affiliation with CCIM has strengthen her skills to service a wide client base in both commercial and residential real estate. She’s an expert using CCIMs tools and resources to complete market analysis and research for her exclusive clients. Jackie has experience with purchasing residential land, multi-family, retail, mixed-use development, office space and adaptive re-use properties, new development and more. Her strong passion for what she does and remarkable dedication to her clientele ensures exceptional services and results.
