Rainbow Village is a transformative community located in Duluth, GA that serves families currently experiencing homelessness. Our model provides safe housing, education, and community support systems that allow families to embark on the journey to self-sufficiency and thrive beyond our village.
Aspire is the on-campus transitional housing program. Our services for families experiencing homelessness include transitional housing for up to 24 months and supporting them in securing affordable housing in either rental properties or home purchases. Success Coaches work with families toward a framework of success geared towards five key pillars: family stability, well-being, education/training, financial management, and employment/career management. The program objectives include: 1) increasing their credit score; 2) saving at least $200 monthly; 3) decreasing overall debt. These three objectives are key to achieving financial success.
Thrive is an off-campus housing program for Aspire alumni. Residents achieving goal completion rates of 80% or more in the Aspire program are entitled to moving and/or rental assistance and continued guidance from our Success Coaches.
Rainbow Village Academy provides out-of-school programming for school-age children and youth for children of families in the Aspire and Thrive programs.
