EMCx is a building systems commissioning company. We were incorporated in 2016 by Nigel Gray in the state of Georgia. Our headquarters is in Sugar Hill, Georgia.
We take a classical aproach to the commissioning discipline, adhering to the principles of ASHRAE Guideline 0 as best as possible. The Owners Project Requirements (OPR) is held in high regard and is used as the yardstick by which all Cx activities is measured. We bring 15 years of proven partnerships and exceptional delivery of high performance buildings to our clients. Owner stated satisfaction is one of our main goals. Nigel, considers himself a leader in the construction industry, and has taught commissioning in different forums nationwide.
EMCx uses Cx Manager® as its commissioning tool of preference. It handles Cx checklists, functional tests, cx issues, and other cx-related activities very well. It is mobile ready and easy to use.
