The Water Tower is a first-of-its-kind water innovation center located in Buford, Georgia. that focuses on providing innovative solutions for the water sector through applied research, technology demonstrations, workforce development, and industry engagement.
Featuring a large conference space, multiple conference rooms and classrooms, three state-of-the-art laboratories, a podcast studio, field training center, and a living laboratory, the TWT facility is used to host training programs, meetings, conferences, and other events that promote innovation in water. The facility, when not being used for a water event, is also available for rent by private and public entities.
For businesses, TWT offers long-term tenant leasing and short-term co-working space. Co-located at The Water Tower are multiple Consulting and Engineering companies and small start ups. TWT's campus also includes three outparcels of approximately 9 acres each to bring water-related companies looking for a larger footprint to Gwinnett County.
