I launched JamRock Towing & Recovery during the pandemic. Like most small businesses that started during Covid, there was a sense of urgency to put my skills to work in a time of uncertainty. That meant utilizing my people skills, problem solving skills, and mechanical knowledge. And, thankfully, it’s been successful so far.
Even after 180+ 5-star reviews on Google and almost 5 years in business, I operate with a simple philosophy: build a business that brings my customers peace of mind.
No one wants to have to call a towing company—but when they do the service should bring a sense of relief, not frustration. That’s my focus.
