Founded in 2013, To Our Shores, Inc. is a 501 (C)3 non-profit community-based organization that provides personalized, high-quality, primary, and specialty medical services (HIV/AIDS).
To Our Shores, Inc. strives to provide medical services to residents living in metro Atlanta, especially in Gwinnett and the surrounding rural counties, to help eliminate disparities in health care and improve the quality of life of men and women of all races, ethnicities, nationalities, and sexual orientations.
The mission of To Our Shores, Inc. is to improve the healthcare and social status of minority communities by providing culturally informed and individualized medical, social, and preventive services and educational workshops.
Our medical providers are board-certified Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, and our support staff is credentialed to provide life-affirming services. To Our Shores, Inc's staff have over 30 years of experience providing evidence-based primary medical and HIV/AIDS care.
