Lolita’s Lawrenceville opened its doors in April 30, 2022, a dream realized by my mother, Lolita, and me. We live in Lawrenceville and knew it would be the perfect place to bring our vision to life. For as long as I can remember, my mom had a dream of owning her own restaurant, and with the grace of God, we were able to make it happen.
At Lolita’s, we believe in creating an atmosphere where every guest feels like part of our extended family. Our restaurant serves modern Mexican cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients in both our food and drinks. From our signature Lolita Salmon Plate to our handcrafted margaritas, every dish is crafted with care, blending tradition with a modern twist to offer something special for everyone.
