The Path Project serves families and students living in targeted mobile home parks where the high school graduation rates are lower than the surrounding community. The vast majority of these families are first and second generation immigrants from Mexico and our primary work is with the children in these communities. We currently serve in 8 mobile home parks - 7 in metro Atlanta and 1 in Nashville, TN.
Our primary program is an after-school program that happens inside the mobile home parks where we serve. We operate community centers where paid staff and volunteers lead after-school programming for kids in Kindergarten - 12th grade. The programming is academic-based for students in K-5th grade and relationship/mentoring based for students in 6th-12th grades.
