Back In Motion Physical Therapy offers outpatient therapy in the convenience of your home. While more convenient, treatments are just as effective as the care you would receive in a hospital or clinic location.
Our goals include preventing the risk for re-hospitalization and restoring you to your highest level of function. Back In Motion PT focuses on helping patients regain motion, strength and balance while allowing them to remain as independent and self-sufficient as possible. We treat conditions ranging from post surgical care to neurological diseases and everything in between. Being "Homebound" is not a requirement to be seen by our team.
